Timber Frame Professional preparing interior traverse timber for removal. The Travers timber went the length of the house, gable end to gable end.
The east end of the house had a basement. The base for the center chimney stonework of the East Room is to the left background.
Several of the House's timbers had newsprint attached. This is from 1859 with a partial title of "Gazette and Strafford Advertiser."
