Reflections of the past, sustainability for the future.

There's still time to make a gift toward the 2026

$7,500.00 Donor Matching Campaign

Dear Friends and Family,

I am thrilled to share that we are making incredible progress toward our goal of meeting the $7,500 matching donor challenge! We just need $1,764 more to reach this target, and there’s still ample time for you to contribute before the June 1 deadline.

An amazing anonymous donor has offered an incentive: please consider matching their generous $500 gift with your own $500 contribution! However, any amount you give will help us reach this important goal.

The funds raised will be used to install the building’s foundation and the state-approved subsurface systems. Please make checks payable to the Zechariah Boodey Farmstead Collaborative and send them to ZBF Collaborative, PO Box 45, New Durham, NH 03855. (All checks dated June 1 or earlier will count toward this challenge.)

As someone who is deeply committed to preserving the Zechariah Boodey Farmstead Project, I invite you to join me in supporting this important cause. Together, we can reach this crucial funding milestone and make a lasting impact! Thank you for your enthusiasm and support!

Sincerely,

Catherine Orlowicz, PresidentZBFCOM DD COMMENTS 10 6 2025 10 B for website

“Preserving these historic landmarks safeguards our shared heritage. A family home once served as a gathering place for brave pioneers who dared to lead in their beliefs during a pivotal time in our nation’s history. These buildings will once again serve as a gathering spot for future generations, hosting a variety of historical and cultural programs, as well as civic, educational, social, or private events and activities for audiences. The Zechariah Boodey Farmstead Project aims to be a key support for efforts that continue to attract residents and visitors to our village core. It seeks to enhance community vibrancy and promote support for local businesses, active recreation, retail trade, and cultural experiences.

The Zechariah Boodey Farmstead will achieve the goal of providing a venue for events with more than 40 attendees. It offers a space for various historical and cultural programs, as well as civic, educational, social, or private events for audiences of 130 or more. This will be done with minimal imposition of additional infrastructure and service tax costs on existing property owners.

With 2,980 square feet of meeting space, accommodating up to 130 individuals and situated on three beautiful acres, this revenue-generating venue offers a versatile location for hosting a wide range of social and private events.” Zechariah Boodey Farmstead Committee
